Spring Has Sprung! Easter at Walt Disney World.

Happy Easter Pals! While most people celebrate Easter with chocolate eggs and bunny ears we prefer Mickey fudge bar pops and mouse ears. If you are thinking about visiting Disney during the Easter holiday, never fear, the bunny is here and he’s got a special lady with him! Thats right Mr. & Mrs. Bunny are available for photos at several locations at the Walt Disney World Resort. Look for them at the following locations:

  • United Kingdom Pavilion at EPCOT.
  • Magic Kingdom at the Town Square Courtyard

*In addition to Mr. & Mrs. Bunny there are also special Character meet & greets from all your Disney favorites Dressed in their Easter Best throughout the parks and resorts.

Also be sure to check out the special Easter pre-parade before the Parade of Fantasy that features Mr. & Mrs. Bunny, & many other Spring friends we don’t see very often in the parks, including the Azalea Trail Maids who’s bright & colorful dresses will make you fall in love with Spring!

If you’ve got kids there will be plenty to do to keep them busy – and get out all that easy candy energy! Most resorts (Moderate and above) will host some sort of candy scramble – just be sure to ask the front desk for times and locations. There is also a “pay to play” Easter egg scavenger hunt through the World Showcase pavilion which ends with a special surprise!

Bunnies & Eggs not your thing? We got you covered!

Many dining locations in Disney Springs will have holiday meals including:

  • Paddlefish
  • Raglan Road
  • STK Orlando
  • Maria & Enzos
  • House of Blues

Easter inspired snacks can also be purchased throughout the parks.

Before you leave don’t forget to do the Hotel Hop to the following hotels and check out their chocolate Easter egg displays, these pieces are truly a work of delicious art:

  • Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
  • Animal Kingdom Lodge
  • The Contemporary
  • Beach Club

*Parking is open to resort guests only, so for this you’ll have to rely on the monorail, and Disney resort buses, we usually head to Disney Springs from our resort and then hop the bus to whatever hotel we want to see.
